Arlington National Cemetery: A Historic Remembrance

Kennedy and William Howard Taft, Chief Justices William Rehnquist and Heavyweight Champion of the World Joe Louis.

    Located across the Memorial Bridge from Washington, D.C., Arlington National Cemetery is on the Virginia side of the Potomac River. The easiest way to get there is by Metro via the direct Arlington Cemetery stop (Blue line). Metrobus routes also stop at the site and it is accessible by several major roadways including George Washington Parkway.
