History Comes to Life at the Newseum in Washington, DC

  • Is there parking? Can I take the Metro to Newseum?

    There are several parking lots and garages near the Newseum, but they do offer on-site parking for even more convenience. Rates are $10 for the first hour and $20 for over. There is a flat rate of $15 on weekends. Entrance to the Newseum parking garage is on C Street. Since parking is limited, public transportation is recommended. Take  the Metro to Archives/Navy Memorial/Penn Quarter (Green Line and Yellow Line ) or Judiciary Square (Red Line).
  • Does Newseum offer dining?

    Yes. The Newseum offers great dining at The Source by Wolfgang Puck. This acclaimed restaurant features a casual menu with a bar and grill ambiance. Enjoy world-class fare made from the freshest and finest ingredients in a dynamic, contemporary environment that's conveniently located right inside the building.
